Responsibilities

  • Provide a complete range of administrative and office assistance.
  • Produce documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations for CEO Meetings.
  • Manage the calendar, calls, emails and meetings for the CEO.
  • Take Minutes of Meeting.
  • Arrange travel, visas and accommodation for The CEO and all other employees.
  • Lead the complete procurement activities, including identification and development of sources for procurement locally and abroad.
  • Devise and maintain office systems, including data management and filing.
  • Organize reports and legal files, draft and amend large contractual documentation.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in the administration field.
  • Very good command of English and French languages.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Highly organized and able to adapt to changing environments.
  • Multi-tasker and able to deliver under stress and meet deadlines.
